Who is Jo Noelle?!?
Some people see scraps. I see a second chance.
At Jo Noelle, nothing is truly lost — not the faded linens tucked in a hope chest, the broken necklaces at the bottom of a jewelry box, or the lace curtain yellowed by time. These are the pieces the world forgot, but I see them as beginnings.
I started Jo Noelle with a deep love for all things storied, soulful, and handmade. What began as a jewelry line evolved into a full-blown love affair with vintage textiles and upcycled fashion. Every piece I make — whether it’s a kimono sewn from a worn quilt or a necklace built from orphaned charms — carries a whisper of the past and a bold vision for the future.
This isn’t fast fashion. It’s slow, intentional, and born from the belief that beauty exists in imperfection — and that God has a way of restoring what others have written off.
I call it soft rebellion — the kind of quiet defiance that comes from wearing your heart on your sleeve, literally. From turning discards into dresses. From choosing joy, whimsy, and wonder in a world obsessed with perfection.
Each creation is one-of-a-kind, just like the women who wear them.
So if you’ve ever felt like your story had too many twists to be beautiful… welcome. You belong here. And I hope when you wear something from Jo Noelle, you feel seen, celebrated, and stitched together with grace.
Hi I’m Jo Noelle, I’ve been designing accessories with your grandma’s jewelry since 2007. Before that I managed luxury goods boutiques and dreamed of working for myself! My happy place is my studio in my 100yr old purple house surrounded by color, my plants, children, cats and eclectic decor. I believe your jewelry should be styled (not just thrown on!) and be personal to its individual wearer. All of the pieces created here are one of a kind and made by own two hands in NC. I hope it brings you as much joy to wear as it does for me to create it!
