Each order is carefully packaged and typically ships within 1–2 business days of purchase. Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information when available.

Thoughtful, Reused Packaging

I do my best to operate as a zero-waste company, which means I reuse boxes and packaging materials whenever possible. So, don’t be surprised if your special Jo Noelle purchase arrives in an Amazon box, a cereal box, or another package that looks like it has already had a previous life. Your one-of-a-kind piece may be arriving in a box that has seen things—but I promise it’s still packed with care, good intentions, and absolutely no leftover two-day shipping expectations.

Giving packaging a second life helps reduce waste and keeps perfectly useful materials out of the landfill. The outside may be familiar, but the treasure inside is all Jo Noelle.

Shipping Options

Shipping options and rates are shown at checkout. Expedited shipping is available for purchase if you need your order to arrive sooner. Priority Mail is also available as a shipping option.

If a free shipping promotion is active, orders will typically ship via USPS Ground Advantage unless another shipping method is specified in the promotion details or selected at checkout.

Please note that selecting an expedited or Priority shipping option affects the shipping speed after your order has been processed. It does not necessarily shorten the 1–2 business day processing time.

Delivery Times

Delivery estimates are provided by the carrier and may vary depending on your location, weather, holidays, and other circumstances outside of my control. Jo Noelle is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier once an order has been shipped.

Please make sure your shipping address is correct before completing your purchase. If an order is returned because of an incorrect or incomplete address, additional shipping charges may apply to resend it.
